Have goals but don't know how to get there? With Fu's Gym, we take care of that work for you. With periodized programming, your goals are in the background while your training is in the forefront. Your periodization is based on your goals. Your program, solely for you!

Do you have to budget monthly for your current gym? Get rid of that nuisance and pay up front. Don't sweat the cash or credit card. Payment options are only digital through Venmo, Cashapp, or Zelle! 

Are your trainer sessions all over the place? At Fu's Gym, we take your schedule serious. Schedule with us at the beginning and make it recurring to make it "your" time slot!

On a business trip? In the military and have an upcoming TDY? Fu's Gym will create an easy, on-the-go training plan for the duration you are out. Best part is little to no equipment is needed (TRX or resistance bands) and you can do it in your hotel room!

This short program is meant to keep you active so your return to the program is a smooth transition.

Download an online program but don't know how to perform certain exercises? With the free training app by Bridge Athletic, each exercise will have a video on how to perform properly. Sets, reps, rest time, and training load are all set for you. So when you are not with Fu's Gym, you can operate solo.

With Fu's Gym, we only want you to worry about two things: commitment to exercise and knowledge retention. 

We want to train you but we also want to educate you. Each session is dedicated to help you understand what you are doing and the "why" behind it.

​We don't stop there though. With Fu's Gym, you will get body composition and a screenshot of your metrics. You will also receive nutritional recommendations through the embedded nutrition log so you can make sure you are hitting your targets!
