These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Fu’s Gym website and participation in mobile, in-home, and location-based fitness services.

Services

Fu’s Gym provides general fitness training services only. No medical advice is given.

Eligibility

Clients must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent and represent that they are physically capable of participation.

Training Location Responsibility

Training occurs at locations not owned or controlled by Fu’s Gym. Clients are responsible for ensuring a safe environment and securing pets, children, and hazards.

Assumption of Risk

Fitness activities involve inherent risks, which may be increased in residential or non-commercial environments. Clients voluntarily assume all risks.

Waiver & Release

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, clients release Fu’s Gym from liability for injuries or damages arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Scheduling & Conduct

Clients must provide access to the training location and behave safely and respectfully. Services may be terminated for safety concerns.

Intellectual Property

All content and training materials are the property of Fu’s Gym.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
